                                                   A Different Taste
                                                       
         


This plant in the picture is called 'kırçan' in Samsun.In the other regions, people may know it with different names like 'dikenucu'.







It is a little bit hard to pick this plant because it grows in thorny regions.Besides it is very delicious so it totally worths the pain.






You can make different kind of meals with using kırçan.For example 'kavurma' as in the picture.It is one of my  favourite meals.





You can make pastry with kırçan also, it would be very healthy and tasty.






And finally you can make pickles, too.I am not a fan of this because I hate pickles but I want to show this version anyway.
